The Minimalist Plan: The perfect solution for busy travellers or those that have gym or home set ups with minimal equipment. A TRX or suspension trainer and a kettlebell or 2 is all you need.

The 12 weeks of training is divided into 3 x 4 week progressive phases.

There are 3 training sessions per week, however some can be repeated a second time if additional training days are possible in a week. Additional exercises such as walks/ jogs or any other cardio can be added to your calendar.

Each plan is complimented with the comprehensive Nutrition Fix document detailing everything you need to do regarding diet to support your goals.

Sessions for HOME workouts with zero equipment can be added on request
