The solution to endurance athletes, or any weekend warrior that already has other physical commitments and passions but knows they’re lacking in a base of strength, mobility and/or overall balance.
2-3 sessions of resistance training sessions to slot in around your other commitments in order to keep that meat-vehicle running smoothly and more efficiently.All sessions can be completed within an hour (including the standard PR1MEBODY MAP warm ups). These sessions should be prioritised on days when both these and other physical activity is planned. The plan is made up of 3 x 4 week phases.
