If i had to pick only one upperbody exercise for the rest of my life in terms of benefit and upperbody development, it’s be the Pull up or Chin up (underhand grip).
Are they (or a regressed version) in your training program?, and if not, why not?🤷🏻‍♂️
Lowerbody 1 exercise choice would probably be a barbell Split Squat.

of the main exercise so anyone can work on the more complex exercises (like this one) from whatever level they are starting at.

For the #Instafam, Scroll right to see the regressions you need to improve your #PistolSquats. So the options start from most challenging (pictured: Racked KB pistol squat) and more towards easier versions as you scroll right, finishing with assisted Skater squats.
