Those of you that have followed me a while know how much of a fan Ive been of the TRX and its been a regular appearance in my training ever since it busted onto the fitness scene (yes, i’m that old).

My PR1MEBODY crew will be used to its frequent inclusion in almost all training programmes throughout all my Online Training Plans.

So being asked to contribute to their blog was a real pleasure. I wrote about three of my favourite TRX exercises to correct muscle imbalances and the overall benefit to include unilateral exercises in your training programmes.
