12 WEEK FOUNDATION PLAN

Summary:

The Foundation Plan offers users an entry into the world of fitness for those ready for change. Those that are ready to transform their physique but in a healthy, sustainable way.
Foundation is also great for introducing structure to those more experienced who feel that both their training and diet needs more direction.
Over the 4 phases –each lasting 3 weeks– the goal is to build confidence with diet and training, improve mobility and set a clear pathway towards achieving goals. The workouts consist of classic resistance/weight training along with a high intensity interval / cardiovascular component.
The first two phases will feel like a reset of sorts as you grow accustomed to the system. This is why this plan is ideal for those looking for a fresh start to changing their body composition, whilst simultaneously striving for optimal health. 

 
 

MUSCLE ONRAMP

Summary:

Muscle Onramp is suitable for some beginners – those that want pure muscle building or muscle maintenance while getting lean without too much concern for a conditioning/ cardiovascular base.
Intermediates/ slightly more experienced lifters will also benefit from the MOR, if they are searching for a fresh kick-start towards a new goal or feel they need better strategy in their gym regime.
Your nutritional goals are complemented by 'The Nutrition Fix' which comes with the program - an easy to use guide to keep your diet on track during your training. 

 
 

APOLLO

Summary:

Apollo is designed for intermediates, who know their way around the gym, are comfortable doing back squats, deadlifts and some pull ups. It's a great way to take your training to the next level and have a clear strategy on how to get results with muscle building and target all areas of your physique.
Your nutritional goals are complemented by 'The Nutrition Fix' which comes with the program - an easy to use guide to keep your diet on track during your training. 

 

ARES

Summary:

The Ares program is aimed at intermediates to follow on for those that have completed The Apollo or Hercules Plans. By now you should be pretty comfortable around a gym!
Your nutritional goals are complemented by 'The Nutrition Fix' which comes with the program - an easy to use guide to keep your diet on track during your training.

Named after the Greek god of the war. A full assault on your body with triple-exercise supersets in each programme targeting a specific area(s) each day.

 

HERCULES

SUMMARY:

The HERCULES PLAN is aimed at intermediate trainees and perfect as a follow on from the Apollo or Ares plans. If you have a decent amount of training years under your belt it could work as a stand alone/ first plan for you.

Hercules was a Demi-god associated with strength, so as you might expect this plan centres around strength. All types of strength. Earlier sessions in the week are made up of more standard strength and power exercises.
Later in the week more metabolic & hypertrophic sessions are programmed.
